Programs
The 1st Fives Rugby programs have been developed by ex professional rugby player Salesi Manu and Associate Professor Brooke Harris-Reeves. The programs are fun, non-contact, structured and play based. They encourage children to engage in a team environment, build confidence and enjoy being active while learning the skills and values Rugby Union and supporting early childhood development.
1st Fives Rugby program is based around the 5 values of rugby union – Teamwork, Respect, Solidarity, Discipline and Sportsmanship. The tailored programs have been designed by Educational Consultant, Associate Professor Brooke Harris-Reeves, and are based on five key principles:
- The games and activities have clear, structured objectives with a focus on early childhood development.
- The games and activities build upon what children can already do.
- There are tailored opportunities for all children to have fun and experience success.
- There is a range of engaging, purposeful activities and sufficient time for children to participate.
- The children are as active as possible during each session.

Prices
Our classes start from as little as $9.90 a session and you can also buy 5 and 10 session Casual Classes through the store.
School based programs are run by school Term.
*Uniforms and additional merchandise may also be added.
